We’re looking for a Department Manager to oversee our Transportation services across Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and occasionally Daytona Beach. In this role, you’ll lead from the front—coaching your team, managing departmental finances, and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer care. What You’ll Do:

Lead & Develop :

Motivate and manage a team, conduct evaluations, and implement development plans.

Drive Financial Performance :

Oversee budgets, control costs, and prepare reports that drive results.

Ensure Compliance :

Maintain records, oversee audits, and promote safety and regulatory adherence.

Manage Daily Operations :

Handle scheduling, payroll approvals, and team coordination across multiple sites.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) 3+ years in a supervisory or management role Strong financial acumen and operations background Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid State Driver’s License Must pass a Level II background check and drug screen Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

ERP/HRIS

experience preferred

Bonus Points For:

Transportation or Medicaid-funded service experience Background in healthcare, home health, or disability services PMP, Six Sigma, or finance/compliance certifications

Role Details:
