• What You’ll Do:

• This is a working supervisor role
• Full time available for evenings 3PM
• 11PM
• Full time available for overnights 11PM
• 7AM
• As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team toprovide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, andoverall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities willinclude oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanlinessand compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality caredelivery Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments andresource allocation Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop andimplement care plans Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain qualitystandards Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include: Valid state nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Caresetting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically illwith the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-makingskills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment•: We Hire for Heart!
