Pay Rate:

$60K to $65K annually Working hours: M-F 7:30am to 5pm Plumbing Supply experience or any Plumbing Parts industry (wholesale) experience preferred Store Manager Job details: A Plumbing Supply store manager is responsible for the daily operations of a retail/ supply store business, including the staff, inventory, and sales. They also oversee the store’s cleanliness and ensure that procedures and guidelines are followed.

Some of their duties include:

Hiring and training employees Managing employee schedules Maintaining inventory levels Implementing and managing purchasing plans Maintaining contact with suppliers Developing business strategies Motivating the sales team Ensuring customer satisfaction Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. Store Manager Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
