We are seeking a dependable individual with management experience to contribute to the success of the company. You will have the responsibility of developing new customer opportunities, as well as managing and training a highly motivated staff. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a fast paced environment. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills. Air Time offers a competitive salary plus a commission/bonus plan based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Meet or exceed sales goals Supervise a team of sales associates Monitor and coach performance; recommend disciplinary action as needed Set and Maintain work schedules to meet budgeted hours Manage inventory and assets Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner. Proactively recruit and train new employees Assure proper appearance and functionality of POP displays and equipment Adhere to dress code and have a professional appearance at all times. Maintain a positive “can do” attitude and develop positive relationships with store personnel and management.
