Key Responsibilities:

Participate in team member performance leadership by providing timely feedback, coaching and encouragement Ensure standards of service are met by greeting and providing excellent service to all guests Drive store performance metrics such average transaction, Sourced & Certified sales %, and the overall business Oversee general operations of inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising guidelines Accountable for learning ABC Fine Wine & Spirits’ product, and sharing knowledge with all guests and team Responsible for following and enforcing all operational compliance policy to ensure safety Perform all typical leadership tasks/responsibilities including but not limited to; opening/closing the store, cash control reconciliation, delegating tasks and assignments, assisting with the hiring and training of new and existing staff, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Job Requirements:

21 years of age or older At least 6 months of experience and/or training in a management or leadership role; at least 1 year of education from a college or technical; school in Business Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven history of leadership and business agility Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, night and weekends, especially during holidays

Physical Requirements:
