Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at RAW Wheels & Tires in Tallahassee, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities include driving sales, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with team members, implementing store policies, and handling retail loss prevention. The Store Manager will also be responsible for setting sales goals, training employees, and creating a welcoming retail environment.
