Shelter Advocate for Survivors of Domestic Violence ( shifts may vary) HOPE Family Services Bradenton, FL 34205 This position provides assistance for victims and survivors of domestic violence residing at HOPE’s Emergency Safe Shelter. The Shelter operates with awake staff 24/7/365. Advocates work with other social services agencies and offer on-going advocacy to help survivors live a safe and abuse-free life. HOPE gives priority to Bilingual (Spanish) speakers. The schedule is flexible, and many staff members work either 3, (12 hour) shifts or 4, (9 hour) shifts.
