Store Manager America’s Super Pawn 5612 15th Street East, Bradenton, FL 34203 Looking for a qualified Store Manager to work in the collateral loan industry with America’s Super Pawn. Must be comfortable working with a diverse customer base in a fast paced environment. We have a winning, people-centered culture, and have a company that is focused on growth. Ideal candidates would have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Manager within the Pawn industry with full P&L responsibility. Minimum education would be a High School Graduate, or equivalent. Comprehensive benefits package is offered, including paid time off and paid sick days. This is a salary position with monthly bonus potential. Job qualifications, duties, and experience for this role include, but not limited to the following. Minimum 45 hour work week. 5 day work week (Closed Sunday’s and Major Holidays) Full P&L responsibility Inventory Management Cash Handling Gold and Diamond expertise Knowledge of Chapter 539 – Florida Pawnbroking Act Operational efficiency Team building Exceptional Leadership Minimum 3-year experience in managing in the pawn industry
