Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels, including stock management and ordering supplies as necessary. Oversee employee orientation and training programs to ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary skills. Develop and implement budgeting strategies to meet financial goals. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for products and services. Lead shift management activities to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours. Foster a positive team environment through effective team management practices. Monitor retail sales performance and implement strategies to enhance sales growth. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. Strong skills in inventory management and stock control. Solid math skills for managing budgets, sales figures, and inventory costs. Ability to effectively manage shifts and maintain operational efficiency.
