Retail Manager Position Available In Marion, Florida

Retail Manager Job Overview We are seeking someone who has a good background in retail management, home supply sales, and customer service sales as well as being able to learn kitchen designing software. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while utilizing design software to create layouts that maximize space and enhance usability. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships will be key to your success in this position. Work schedule will be 5 days per week including 8-2 on Saturdays. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design. Create detailed kitchen layouts using 2020 software. Maintain organized project documentation, including design specifications and client communications. Build strong relationships with clients through effective account management and inside sales techniques. Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and appliances that align with client budgets and styles. Stock and manage inventory. Ensure timely project completion while adhering to quality standards. Offer exceptional customer service throughout the design process, addressing any concerns or modifications as needed. Lead a small team and direct priorities for the business unit Skills Proficiency in design software, particularly 2020, for creating detailed kitchen layouts.(Preferred but can also be taught if the candidate meets other criteria) Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Ability to sell design concepts effectively while understanding client needs. Experience in account management to maintain ongoing client communications. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting designs based on feedback.
