9121 SW Hwy 200, Suite 4, Ocala, FL 34481 The Details Deep understanding of Server and Shift Manager roles. Manage all operational aspects of the store including profit and loss, labor, budget, cleaning, ordering, inventory, product quality. Manage a staff of 15-25 employees. Build the brand in the community using local store marketing techniques. Increase sales. Provide all guests with five-star service. Pay & Benefits Range starting at $40,000 and up based on experience. Bonus eligibility of at least $500 per month. Up to 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO). Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Flexible schedule. Employee discounts. Health Insurance Skills Must be outgoing and friendly. Must be able to work independently. Must love talking to strangers and making new friends. The Physical Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds. Must be able to walk around small spaces, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead. Must be able to work on your feet for 8 – 10-hour shifts. Must be able to work a schedule in excess of 45 hours per week including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to move throughout an office space and stores during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists. Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders. Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion. Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
