Key Responsibilities:

Support the Owner in daily store operations and team supervision Deliver top-tier customer service and assist with sales Help manage inventory and restocking Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Assist with order processing and ensure personalization workflows run smoothly Step into a leadership role when the owner is unavailable Help train and motivate team members

Requirements:

Retail or customer service experience preferred Reliable, organized, and great with people Positive attitude and strong work ethic Quick learner and comfortable using tech tools like Shopify Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
