Role:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the store management team, developing associates, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll help implement strategies that align with brand standards, customer expectations, and business objectives. In the absence of the Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for store operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Assist associates in product knowledge and promotions, building brand loyalty. Work closely with the Store Manager to meet goals and maintain brand standards. Focus on delivering a memorable customer experience and quickly resolving any concerns. Oversee merchandising, adjusting displays and stock levels based on sales trends. Ensure company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures are followed.
