We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have excellent communication skills, and an aggressive attitude towards sales to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team of motivated sales representatives and ensure customers receive extraordinary customer service. In this role, you will: Partner with District Manager to manage the daily operations of a retail store, including merchandising and product launches. Achieve and exceed store sales objectives. Supervise Sales Representatives. Create and maintain store scheduling. Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reporting and take appropriate actions to quickly close performance gaps and maximize sales. Conduct inventory counts. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Serve as floor general and assist in closing sales where necessary. Coach, counsel, and discipline Sales Representatives as necessary and in conformance with company policies and procedures. Perform role plays with personnel on a regular basis to demonstrate “what right looks like.” Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers. Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills Assure all staff is in compliance with back office processes, procedures, reports, documentation and policies. Ensure timely completion of required training within store. Partner with trainers to complete New Hire Training / On-boarding. Keep the integrity of our company and the AT&T Brand to the highest level and demand the same from each staff member. Handle service inquiries from customers. Handle customer escalations with respect and professionalism. Our most successful Store Managers have: Excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills. Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems. Must have the ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless devices and services. Must thrive is a fast-paced and competitive environment. Must love to sell and love to teach others to sell. Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience. The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls. Prior retail management experience.
Working Conditions:
Ability to bend, squat and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Lift up to 10 lbs.
