Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced, fashion-loving Store Manager to lead our boutique with energy, creativity, and a strong sense of style. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines retail management, styling, and team development in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the boutique team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Curate visually compelling product displays and merchandising layouts
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, opening/closing, and POS systems
• Train, coach, and schedule team members to ensure top performance
• Monitor sales trends and provide feedback to buying and marketing teams
• Maintain store standards and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and style

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of retail management experience (boutique or fashion retail preferred)
• Strong interest in fashion, trends, and styling
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
• Proficient in POS systems, basic inventory management, and scheduling
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling (including weekends/holidays)
