Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate conflict resolution processes by gathering data collection and analyzing employee feedback. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to understand concerns and mediate disputes. Utilize ADP for tracking employee evaluations and conflict-related metrics. Oversee program management initiatives aimed at improving workplace relationships and reducing conflict occurrences. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop policies that support a positive work environment. Assist in budgeting for conflict resolution programs and training sessions. Provide training for managers on effective conflict management techniques. Manage the HR team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with ADP Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and employee evaluation processes. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups within an organization. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to drive organizational change. Education & Experience Proven experience in conflict resolution, human resources, or related fields. Experience in program management related to employee relations or workplace culture initiatives.
