The FlavorProfileMuseum of Ice Cream is seeking a passionate Floor Manager,Shop & Experience to lead a team of Service & Show Ambassadors indelivering an unforgettable guest experience. In this role, youwill lead our Service & Show Ambassadors to drive an unparalleledshop experience. You will role-model behaviors and strategies thatengage and promote the MOIC retail and shop items throughout theguest experience. You will focus on retail management, salestraining, and inventory control, ensuring the operationalexcellence and hospitality standards of MOIC are met and exceeded.

Your leadership will foster a collaborative and efficientenvironment, enhancing both team performance and guestsatisfaction.

Your Day-to-DayPeople Management Create Meaningful Connections:

Encourage and guide team membersto create personal and memorable interactions with guests,significantly enhancing the guest experience.

Team Leadership:

Provide decisive and supportive leadershipduring shifts, swiftly address challenges, and ensure adherence tooperational standards.

Training and Culture:

Lead and participate in training sessionsand cultural initiatives to boost team performance and strengthenteam unity.

Collaboration:

Engage actively in weekly operational meetings,offering valuable insights into retail and eventoperations.

Operational Excellence Brand Knowledge:

Communicate understanding of company history,museum design, and other ice cream facts

Sales Training:

Equip the team with effective sales techniquesand knowledge to drive sales performance and meet targets.

Guest Engagement:

Directly interact with guests to elevatetheir experience and promote repeat visits.

Safety and Compliance:

Strictly enforce all safety, sanitation,and compliance protocols, and conduct regular inspections to ensurethe shop adheres to health and safety regulations.

Labor Compliance:

Manage and monitor compliance with labor lawsrelated to timekeeping, wages, overtime, and breaks.

Hospitality andService Floor Management:

Oversee daily operations, resolve guestissues promptly, and ensure a smooth workflow and high servicestandards during service hours.

Show Performance:

Ensure all team members accurately followoperational scripts and manuals.

Event Management:

Support and coordinate the planning andexecution of internal events and collaborate with the headquartersevents team on larger organizational events.

Feedback Utilization:

Collect and leverage guest feedback toidentify areas for experience and shop improvements and implementquality enhancements.

Inventory Management:

Partner with the museum management teamand the supply chain team to maintain company standards of all MOICretail and inventory related functions.

The Necessities:

2+ years experiential/museum based operational or experiencemanagement OR food and beverage management experience OR shop andinventory experience. 2+ years as a Lead or supervisory experience Ability to stand and walk on your feet for long periods oftime, up to 8 hours Ability to bend/lift heavy objects of up to 40 pounds Experience working in high-volume, fast-pacedenvironments. Experience with POS and inventory systems, Messaging Systems,Google Suite, and ADP Time and Attendance.

You have the following certifications:

Food Handler / ServSafeand TIPS (or equivalent alcohol training).

Pay:
