Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage and train retail staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
• Handle cash transactions and perform opening/closing procedures
• Utilize math skills to accurately handle cash, calculate discounts, and process refunds
• Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and report generation

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
• Familiarity with stock management and inventory control procedures
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software applications
