Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Bonpoint Bal Harbour. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a vital and central role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Key Holder, you are eligible for commission as well as your hourly rate. Duties and Expectations
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, meet sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints gracefully and with a luxury approach in mind
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment and allocation of goods
- Manage cash handling procedures such as opening and closing of the register and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store cleanliness, organization, stock, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with the store manager to maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures Requirements
- Previous experience as an Key Holder or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Preferred but not required: Luxury experience as well as childrenswear acquaintance and proficiency
- Multi-language proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software such as Y2
