Role:

We’re looking for a responsible, motivated, and people-first Keyholder to join our crew. As a Keyholder, you’ll play a vital leadership role by supporting daily operations, opening/closing the venue, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll do: Open/close the taproom, ensuring all protocols are followed Support management in daily operations and staff coordination Deliver outstanding service and lead by example Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive vibe Monitor inventory, restock, and assist with beer & merchandise sales Help train and guide new team members Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in hospitality, bar, or restaurant preferred Responsible and trustworthy with leadership potential Passion for hospitality, music, and creating fun experiences Strong communication and multitasking skills Must be 21+ and able to work nights/weekends Work on your feet during shifts
