MUST HAVE FASHION EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in achieving sales targets and ensuring operational excellence Engage directly with top clients on the sales floor, fostering long-term relationships Train and develop associates in brand knowledge and product expertise Set clear KPIs and implement strategies to drive results Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing talent Execute CRM initiatives and client retention strategies Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store operations Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications:
5+ years of luxury retail experience, including RTW/Runway Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury setting Established clientele and strong clienteling skills Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the industry Exceptional leadership and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience
