Manager, Strategy & Planning- Miami, FL (Onsite) Loud and Live Inc 2301 NW 82nd Ave 6th FL, Miami, FL 33122 This is an onsite role based out of our office in Doral, FL. This is NOT a remote or hybrid opportunity.

POSITION SUMMARY
Loud And Live is seeking a dynamic Manager, Marketing Strategy and Planning to join our Business Solutions and Strategy Team . In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing plans designed to meet specific business and event goals. Leveraging research, data-driven insights, and strategic decision-making, you will lead cross-functional marketing efforts — working closely with media (digital and traditional), social, influencer, creative, analytics, finance, and event management teams to deliver world-class results. You will ensure marketing activities are cohesively planned, meticulously executed, and continuously optimized to achieve measurable success.
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Strategic Planning Develop and implement robust marketing strategies aligned with event and business objectives. Define marketing goals and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each initiative. Translate overarching business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and execution plans. Market Research & Analysis Conduct in-depth market research to understand audience behaviors, market trends, and competitor landscapes. Analyze findings to identify new opportunities, drive innovation, and inform marketing strategies. Campaign Development Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels: Digital media: SEO, SEM, paid and organic social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing.
Traditional media:
Radio, Out of Home (OOH), Print, Public Relations, experiential and stunt marketing initiatives. Partner with Creative teams to develop compelling assets that bring strategies to life. Work closely with Paid Media teams to maximize paid advertising efforts. Collaborate with Local Sponsorship Sales Team to support execution and delivery of media components related to sponsorship. Performance Measurement & Optimization Track and report on key metrics, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness across all marketing channels. Continuously optimize marketing plans based on data insights and evolving business needs. Present campaign performance reports and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. Communication & Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing department and key stakeholders on the Events team. Lead campaign kick-off meetings, creative briefings, and regular status updates across multidisciplinary teams. Ensure seamless collaboration with media, digital, creative, finance, and analytics partners. Budget Management Develop, manage, and reconcile marketing budgets for assigned initiatives. Ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources and cost-effective program execution.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a marketing strategy, brand management, or campaign management role, ideally within entertainment, events, or experiential marketing industries. Experience working at or with agencies or marketing divisions specializing in entertainment, live events, or consumer-facing experiential initiatives. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels. Proven experience in leading multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical mindset; adept at working with data and drawing insights to guide marketing strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, email marketing platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
