13915 – PeopleSoft Change Management /Training Resources Lead (onsite) –
Miami, FL Start Date :

Required:
- Experience with PeopleSoft functional module (5+ years);
- Governmental experience in PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management / Training and understanding of the integration of same with other PeopleSoft integrations;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Follow Department IT processes and coordinate with other Department IT staff to ensure compliance with Department standards;
- Define customer needs and objectives by working closely with other IT groups and customers;
- Ensure processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram, regular status updates, presentations etc;
- Develop standards, procedures, and documentation;
- Devise and recommend short and long range plans for development and enhancement of hardware and production systems;
- Maintain audit compliance with state requirements of central data systems, user accounts, backup/disaster recovery, and security of the data center;
- Create and follow change management procedures for all network changes.
