PROFILE As a Retail Learning Manager at Louis Vuitton, you will plan, implement and manage a structured training and development program which meets the needs of the business and team development. Through follow up and coaching, the Retail Learning Manager will ensure Store and Team Managers leadership skills are developed by means of their competencies and store associates are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence through an elevated customer experience and enhanced brand sophistication. To be successful in this role you must possess extensive people management skills, ideally within the retail landscape and in a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business. With the ability to thrive in an autonomous and proactive environment, you will have the desire to deliver excellence while continuously exceed our client’s expectations. It is essential that you have a strong background in coaching employees at all levels and be skilled in providing effective and constructive feedback to drive behavioral change where needed.
