Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized. Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions. Oversee employee orientation, training, and development to enhance team performance. Handle cash register operations, including cash management and end-of-day reconciliation. Implement effective sales management strategies to maximize profitability. Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred. Strong understanding of retail math principles to analyze sales data effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming shopping experience. Familiarity with inventory control processes and best practices. Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and cash registers. Basic knowledge of the Russian language (preferred)
