Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Store Manager to help set up operational procedures, lead a small team of 5, and ensure daily excellence in customer experience, inventory, and sales. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with the brand and leave your mark.

What You’ll Do:

Build and implement store processes and systems from the ground up Manage daily store operations, staffing, and scheduling Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5 associates Monitor sales performance and help drive revenue goals Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising Ensure top-tier customer service and brand representation
