• Position Available:

• Store Manager

• Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Managers and staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Manage labor, food costs, and sales targets to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Assist in the hiring process in coordination with the District Manager (DM).
• Handle customer complaints and ensure positive guest experiences.
• Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies timely and accurately.
• Lead scheduling and ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Collaborate with District Managers to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct regular health department inspections and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Manage and improve company ratings on Google and Yelp, driving guest engagement.
• Support influencer visits for marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train staff to ensure flexibility and preparedness.
• Utilize the Checklist and Task Management Tool to ensure operational standards are met.
• Conduct weekly reports and manage payroll, including verifying paystubs and adjustments.
• Support the DM in daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Train and supervise team members to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage operations during busy times, resolving challenges quickly.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Motivate and support the team, driving a positive workplace culture.
• Handle Delivery App issues and collaborate with the accounting department to resolve them.
• Help maintain company ratings on Google and Yelp, driving more customer reviews.
• Assist with influencer marketing efforts and store promotions.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time using the Checklist and Task Management Tool.

• Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to $65,000
• 50 hour weeks
• 5 days per weeek
• 5 days paid vacations
• Fixed daily shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM _ Days Off, any day between Tuesday and Thursday
