The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen ability to manage inventory and payroll effectively. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging shopping experience while ensuring the store meets its financial goals. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee cash handling processes, including register operations and end-of-day cash reconciliation. Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate employee time management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective inventory management practices, including ordering and stock replenishment. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and attract new customers. Train, mentor, and supervise staff, including assistant managers, to foster a productive team environment. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in store performance. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers. Experience Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in person and over the phone. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Familiarity with sales strategies and marketing techniques is beneficial.
