To strengthen the success gained, we are looking for a Store Manager for one of our Houses. The Store Manager will be the one who will manage the store and lead the team toward the goals set by the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will coordinate, develop and motivate the team in store, enhancing your colleagues’ skills You will be in charge of the cash register and the whole store with the goal of keeping our standards high, and possibly always improve them You will create the schedule for your colleagues and monitor the labor cost You will be responsible to implement safety rules for workers, to monitor HACCP and to keep a the store clean and sanitized You will manage the accounting and administration of the House You will be responsible for the maintenance and the correct functioning of the store equipment You will keep the relation with the landlord or the shopping mall directors

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experiences as Supervisor (desirable in Restaurant, Bar or Cafés) Knowledge of the Office Suite Available to work shifts 6 days out of 7 WHAT
