The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, located at 10295 CollinsAvenue, Bal Harbour, FL, 33154 currently has the followingopportunity: Supervisor-Engineering (140026W2) : Complete the life safetychecklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test.

Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist indevelopment of disaster response protocols. Respond and attend toguest repair requests. Assist management in hiring, training,scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivatingand coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and securitypolicies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safetyhazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training andcertifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are cleanand professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs,and assist individuals with disabilities. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others, support team to reachcommon goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concernsof other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations andstandards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new waysto increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality,safety, and/or cost-savings. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language. Visually inspect tools, equipment, ormachines. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, andplace objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds withoutassistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size andweight. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move upand down stairs and/or service ramps. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested by Supervisors.
