Located within Bayside Marketplace in downtown Miami. The role of a team lead is multifaceted, encompassing both technical and managerial responsibilities. Key aspects of a team lead’s role include:
Customer Service:
Delivering a positive, efficient, and courteous experience to customers by addressing their needs and inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing relevant information. The role involves actively listening, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build loyalty and foster repeat business.
Guidance:
Provide direction and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
Motivation:
Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team or customers to maintain harmony and efficiency.
Liaison:
Act as a bridge between team members and upper management, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback.
Transparency:
Keep the team informed about organizational changes, project updates, and other relevant information.
Delegation:
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and availability.
Monitoring:

Continuously assessing weather conditions to ensure the safe operation of the ride.
Cash Handling:
Managing cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Inventory Management:
Overseeing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages. By mastering these diverse responsibilities, the team lead will contribute significantly to the seamless operation and success of Skyviews Miami.
