About The RoleThe Shop Manager, Stores (Store Manager) isresponsible for managing the values and attitudes of the employeesthey lead to provide exceptional customer service, drive ourmetrics, and achieve our business goals. The Store Manager leadsthe store team, including Customer Experience Managers, Sales andConsignment Specialists, a Visual Merchandiser, and an InventoryOperation Specialist. This role requires strategic thinking and atrack record of driving results and developing future leaders. TheStore Manager manages and motivates the team to drive supply anddemand, ensures operational efficiency, and collaborates withcross-functional teams to maximize results.

What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
3+ years experience in store management, preferably in theluxury or fashion industry Experience working with a commissioned sales or retailorganization and/or operationally intensive business Strong customer service orientation, clienteling abilities,floor management and sales skills Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, andtroubleshooting skills Well-developed organization and time management skills-especially multitasking and prioritizing competing demands Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build multiplecross functional team relationships Strong team building skills in hiring, training, scheduling,driving employee engagement, and performance management Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with theability to lead and inspire a team Passion for luxury fashion, sustainability, and The RealReal’smission Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build multiplecross functional team relationships Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of thebusiness which may include holidays, evenings and weekends
