Responsibilities:

Actively attract, book, and manage dive groups and clubs, encouraging their stay at our hotel. Lead and expand dive instructional programs (SSI, PADI, NAUI), ensuring high standards and memorable learning experiences. Drive and manage sales of dive boat charters, private excursions, and comprehensive dive packages. Oversee inventory and ordering of dive-related gear and seasonal products, ensuring optimal inventory levels and high-quality offerings. Coordinate daily dive operations, staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance. Collaborate closely with marketing and hospitality teams to strategically enhance guest experiences and boost overall sales.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be a certified dive instructor (SSI, PADI, or NAUI required). Demonstrated success in dive operations management and sales leadership. Proven ability to attract and engage dive groups and clubs.
