Assistant Manager – Uplifters Fitness Uplifters Fitness 1215 Industrial Drive, Crestview, FL 32539 Uplifters Fitness is a dynamic, high-energy group training facility committed to transforming lives through fitness and community. We’re seeking a driven, organized, and motivational Gym Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Membership Growth:

Conduct tours, consultations, and sales calls Hit monthly membership and revenue targets Drive member retention through relationship building

Staff Leadership:

Manage, schedule, and support coaching, childcare, and front desk staff Lead team meetings and performance reviews Train new staff on Uplifters protocols and values

Training Oversight:

Occasionally coach or assist during high-volume classes Ensure workout programming is executed properly Provide member feedback and progress tracking

Admin & Operations:

Handle member accounts, class scheduling, and Stripe payments Monitor gym maintenance, supply ordering, and vendor communications Oversee daily reporting and performance metrics

Facility Cleanliness:

Ensure cleaning checklists are followed Monitor overall facility presentation and cleanliness Address issues with equipment or hygiene immediately

Qualifications:

Prior experience in fitness, retail management, or operations Strong sales and customer service background Leadership experience with small teams Proficiency with fitness software or apps (Stripe, scheduling platforms) Energetic, solution-oriented, and a great communicator
