We’re a fast-casual restaurant focused on quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service. Our Sand Lake Road location is currently hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead our team.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring a smooth and successful shift. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry, enjoys leading by example, and is committed to delivering a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations Oversee opening and closing procedures Train, coach, and support team members Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met Help monitor inventory and place orders as needed Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintain a high-energy, productive, and team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:
