Role:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of store staff, inventory, and sales strategies to achieve business goals. The Assistant Store Manager will also be instrumental in creating a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining store standards and addressing any issues that arise. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ultimately, the Assistant Store Manager contributes to the overall success of the store by driving sales and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience with inventory management systems. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
