What You’ll Do:
Assist Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner Assist in inventory management and stock control Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets Support the manager in creating and maintaining a positive work environment

Worked a year or longer at a previous job as a supervisor or manager Has high integrity, is organized, experienced in customer service or retail sales Works great with a team, always striving to improve the store and sales to the next level
