In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a background in retail sales and exceptional communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role. 3yrs+
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management principles.
• Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in Sales
• Implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
• Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with Daily reporting ,cash register operations and basic accounting principles. Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and support store staff to maintain excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance the shopping experience.
• Implement engaging visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Prioritize tasks effectively using strong time management skills.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers and business partners.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
• Daily Sales Reports / banking
• Controlling store labor
• Scheduling.
