Responsibilities Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store Oversee stock and store operations Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our fans Qualifications High school education or equivalent experience Sales experience a plus but not required Customer centric with a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb a ladder and work overhead on ceiling displays Ability to work independently Reliable and professional Great interpersonal and communication skills Veterans welcome!
