Position Overview:

We’re seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, developing team members, and executing strategies that achieve and exceed store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies that align with company objectives Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service and coaching team members to do the same Monitor KPIs and analyze performance to identify opportunities and implement action plans Drive daily and weekly sales goals with urgency and focus Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation standards Manage store operations in the absence of the

Store Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience in a sales-driven environment Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-informed decisions Highly organized with strong time management skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be 18 years old.
