Job Description

Bagel Boss – Store Manager 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 22107 Powerline Road, Boca Raton, FL 33433 We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our bagel store. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a positive work environment for our team.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to store staff, including training, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service.

Customer Service:

Ensure all customers receive friendly, efficient, and courteous service. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Operations Management:

Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with health regulations and company policies.

Sales and Marketing:

Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including upselling, suggestive selling, and promotional activities.

Ordering and Inventory:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Team Scheduling:

Assist in creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels while controlling labor costs.

Training and Development:

Support ongoing training and development initiatives for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Adherence to

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and cash handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Food safety certification
