We are seeking a proven leader with retail management experienceto oversee our golf retail operations. The ideal candidate willhave a passion for golf, a keen eye for merchandising, and a strongcommitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This roleinvolves overseeing all aspects of the golf shop, includinginventory control, staff supervision, sales strategies, andfinancial performance, ensuring an outstanding retail experiencefor our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations of thegolf shop, ensuring efficient processes and a welcoming environmentfor customers.

Merchandising and Inventory Control:

Select, order, and displaya diverse range of apparel and accessories that align with currenttrends and member preferences. Maintain optimal inventory levelsthrough regular counts and analysis.

Vendor Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships withvendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, secureexclusive merchandise, and stay informed about new products andindustry trends.

Sales and Promotion:

Develop and implement sales strategies,promotions, and special events to drive revenue and enhance memberengagement.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide personalized assistance tomembers and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issuespromptly to ensure satisfaction.

Staff Supervision and Training:

Recruit, train, and manage golfshop staff, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere focused onhigh-quality service and performance.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor salesperformance, and ensure accurate financial reporting incollaboration with the accounting department.

Point-of-Sale System Management:

Oversee the operation andmaintenance of the POS system, ensuring accurate transactionprocessing and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills Leadership qualities with experience in staff training anddevelopment. Strong knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and industrytrends. Excellent organizational skills and multitaskingabilities. Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory managementsoftware. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communicationskills. Financial acumen, including budgeting and salesanalysis.
