We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and tech-savvy Sales Manager to lead our Boca Raton boutique. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury, exceptional in customer service, and fluent in both traditional retail sales and digital client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Drive in-store sales, exceed performance goals, and lead by example in delivering a luxury shopping experience.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and motivate a small sales team. Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and professionalism. Client Relationship Management (CRM):

Utilize CRM platforms to manage customer data, follow up with clients, and develop personalized shopping experiences.

Customer Engagement:

Communicate digitally with prospective and existing customers via email, text, and social media tools to build loyalty and increase foot traffic.

In-Store Events & Outreach:

Develop and execute creative strategies to attract customers into the store—including events, local partnerships, or influencer collaborations.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Anna Zuckerman products and communicate the brand story with confidence and enthusiasm.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure store displays reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic and are updated regularly to inspire customers.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in luxury or specialty retail sales, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role. Strong CRM knowledge and comfort working with customer data platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including digital communication (email/text). A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement and retention. Ability to analyze sales metrics and execute growth strategies. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boca Raton, Florida.
