About the Opportunity We are looking for a Store Manager for our Boca Raton, FL location! In this role, you will be the direct leader of the local store staff ensuring day-to-day direct supervision, mentoring, driving sales, along with operations.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain and consistently seek ways to improve on operating an efficient and high functioning Store, ensuring that the team is meeting a high standard of client service while driving sales. Support day-to-day operations of the store, including client interaction, procurement, and cross-departmental support whenever needed. Recruit, hire, train and retain staff through standardized interviews, upskilling/ cross-training, and performance management. Influence the team to be a results driven environment where they feel supported to accomplish sales goals. Become a subject matter expert on all areas of the business to support knowledge sharing and innovative ideas for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience effectively leading employees in a retail environment Ability to learn and be coached as a new leader (recruiting, performance management, goal setting for self and team) A true passion for helping high-end clients through an elevated and professional approach Knowledge of high-end luxury products and accessories Highly organized with focus on execution, problem-solving and improving processes Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
