We are a take-out seafood boil concept focused on celebrations, family meals, and unforgettable service. Our guests take home our signature seafood steam pots, which are prepared fresh in-store but cooked by the guest at home. We do not have dine-in service, and we do not cook food on-site meaning our focus is entirely on creating an exceptional guest experience , smooth operations, and beautiful presentation. What You Will Do:

Be the go-to leader on shift; set the tone through energy, professionalism, and service excellence Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care Educate guests on our unique take-home seafood steam pot concept and ensure they feel confident and excited about their experience Oversee the prep, packing, and flow of our seafood steam pots; presentation and attention to detail matter Ensure smooth daily operations; anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain a calm, guest-first environment Lead and support the team; coach on service standards, foster teamwork, and maintain a positive, professional culture Collaborate with store owners on continuous improvement and guest experience initiatives Jump in wherever needed; this is a hands-on leadership role

Who You Are:
