Voted Best of the Bay! Voted Best Lingerie! Seeking a Store Manager for Lingerie and Adult Novelty, to lead our team and operations. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, organizational skills an a strong understanding of business operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales, foster a positive work environment and ensure the smooth and efficient running of a store. Duties Recruit, hire and train high performing sales associates who are comfortable about our unique product offerings. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels. Implement our training programs tailored to adult products, ensuring discretion and excellent customer service. Foster a positive, respectful, and discreet work environment, promoting strong employees relations. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions regarding pricing strategies and promotional activities. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new employees. Maintain an organized store environment that is visually appealing to customers. Ensure effective time management within the team to meet operational needs. Process weekly payroll and payable. Maintain relationships with vendors. Participate in promotional community events. Oversee property maintenance and general repairs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within retail management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficient in administrative duties related to store operations. Basic math skills for managing budgets, pricing, and inventory calculations. A passion for retail with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development. Experience with print and social media advertising and website management a plus.
