JOB SUMMARY
The Fresh Stop Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations and management of the store. Fresh Stop Assistant Store Managers lead by example by providing fast, friendly service to all Fresh Stop customers. They also lead by example by performing all assigned operational duties necessary to keep the Fresh Stop store clean and well merchandised and by following all company policies and procedures to ensure proper and efficient operation of the store . They assume store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
