The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Diesel maintenance and repair, particularly with diesel engines and hydraulics. Conducting interviews ASAP!!! Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel engaged in the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty diesel vehicles Conduct inspections of equipment and vehicles to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs. Manage workflow within the shop to ensure timely completion of projects. Train and mentor staff on best practices for vehicle maintenance, including diesel engine repair, hydraulics, and other related systems. Maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Proven experience in vehicle maintenance/repair Proficient in diagnosing mechanical issues related to heavy-duty diesel vehicles Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
