Duties Supervise daily store operations to ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation. Train, develop, and orient new employees to promote a knowledgeable and effective team. Recruit and onboard new staff members, ensuring they align with company values and operational standards. Utilize math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and sales reporting. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance and employee engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in store management or a supervisory role within a grocery store environment. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide team members. Experience in training development with a focus on employee orientation programs.
