Online Store Manager (Shopify Store)

Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Online Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online store and manage order fulfillment for both customers and clinic orders. Key responsibilities include product and inventory management, order processing and shipping, and customer service. You’ll also maintain the Shopify website and work closely with the marketing team to optimize the site’s content, design, and user experience. The ideal candidate has proven e-commerce and digital marketing expertise, is highly proficient with Shopify, and brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Product and Inventory Management:

Adding and updating products, managing inventory, and organizing categories.

Order Fulfillment:

Processing orders, handling shipping, and managing returns.

Customer Interaction:

Providing customer service and resolving issues.

Marketing Activities:

Developing and executing promotional strategies and managing advertising.

Website Maintenance:

Work with marketing team to update the store’s content, design, and functionality.

Performance Analysis:

Tracking sales and traffic data to generate reports.

Conversion Optimization:

Enhancing elements like product pages and the checkout process to boost sales.

Technical Management:

Managing Shopify apps and integrations.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in e-commerce, product optimization, and digital marketing. Familiarity with Shopify and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital environment. Familiarity with SEO, conversion optimization a plus. Education and/or

Experience:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent. E-commerce experience required. At least one year of experience related to order fulfillment and inventory management. Knowledge of inventory control and reconciling discrepancies. Proficiency with general office equipment (e.g., computer, printer, fax). Highly organized, systematic, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Language Skills :

Must speak English. Must have excellent interactive communication skills and collaborate with team members. •All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen.

Physical Demands of Position :

While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to sit for periods up to 5 hours at a time. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds without assistance and up to 60 pounds with assistance.

Hours:

This is a full-time hourly position with a 37.5 hour work week in the office, Monday-Friday.
